Mazzarò Sea Palace - the Leading Hotels of the World

It's an amazing hotel with a lovely staff and rooms. We highly recommend it! The beach is so well looked after, very clean sea, and the lifeguards, Giovanni and Franco, spoiled us! It's the best destination in Taormina! Looking forward to visit again!

This is one of the most service focused hotels I've visited. Everyone on site is 100% focused on customer service. But it's not overdone. The location is exquisite and the food is really well done. I wouldn't change a thing. 4 nights of a perfect stay.

The hotel was beautiful. It was our first trip with our 6 month old and that comes with its own set of challenges. We spent a lot of time at the pool to keep our daughter happy! Franco, a lifeguard, really made the trip for us. He was always anticipating our needs and went above and beyond making things comfortable for our daughter. He helped us figure out complicated floaties and fashioned shady cribs out of loungers and towels to allow her to sleep safely (and us to not be locked in our room all day!) We are grateful to all the staff, but especially Franco! We would definitely come back.

The hotel situated 200 mtr from the cable car which goes to the town (6€ return), the nice bay which has lovely views, there outstanding restaurant in the evening with good service on the beautiful terrace when the weather allows it. The beautiful terrace on the room when you decide to take a room facing the ocean (a must). and last but not least the efforts and kindliness of most of the staff. I would have given this hotel 4 or 5 stars, but sadly enough there are too many negatives to it... which forced me to give this hotel 3 stars, also considering the prices. When you have visited other 5 star hotels in the Austrian or Swiss Alps, or at Dubai like One&Only, 5 stars in Rome than you know this is no 5 star hotel. OK, it's a smaller family like hotel, that' s good but the following points were not : -room (Deluxe) is small and with a small bathroom. I am 1.82cm long and normal weight, It was a challenge to get into the bathtub, shower, toilet... all too small for me. Even the sinks were too low for me. The room was decorated in at least two interior styles. the whole room could use a refurbishment... The bed, it was too small for me, my legs were out of the bed at the end of it, how is this possible ? -Breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace which is lovely, but it lacked on service. between 9 and 10am it's chaos ! 30 min waiting for you coffee or your eggs. waiters who are running around and do not know were to serve the ordered eggs, etc... certainly no 5 stars here.

Mazzaro Sea Palace is the most wonderful hotel and has been an amazing experience for our family. The resort, the room, the amenities and the people are all incredible. It’s truly perfect to have beach and pool access and only be a literal 1-2 minute walk to the gondola up to Taormina (only takes 5 minutes). You get the best of all worlds. The breakfasts and lunches were amazing as well. The service was universally fantastic and the concierge staff - with a particular thank you to Gioacchino who did everything to make our stay truly perfect. Just amazing and we will be back. This is the place to stay in Taormina

We came back again to Mazzaro Sea Palace this September and stayed for a whole week, in this uniquely beautiful bay. The experience of the surrounding nature beauty combined with the a great and professional service and high attention to details from all of the Mazzaro Sea Palace Staff, made our stay unforgettable nice. Great services from the very kind housekeepers who fulfill special requests with true care, to the breakfast and bar staff who always respond with a smile and swiftly. As we spend most days swimming in the bay, we would like to say a big Thank You to Franco the Beach Manager and his whole Beach Team. They are not only very kind and friendly they are always ready to jump and help us with any request. Another big Thank You to Carmelo, the night Portier. We know Carmelo since many years now. Carmelo is highly friendly and full of attention, always ready to help if needed during the night.

A great beach experience thanks to Franco, Beach Manager at Mazzarò Sea Palace, and his team. Franco is highly professional always very kind, fully committed to offering the best services and comfort to the hotels guest on the beach. We have been coming here since many years and are deeply thankful to Franco for making our stay a very positive experience 🤩 Franco and his team are important contributors for the success of our vacation in this wonderful Hotel in Mazzaro. Viky served the food perfectly. We had a very good time here and the food was also great. I surely recomand this place for all the people who are hungry and want to taste excelente food. The atmosphere is great and also good taste in music. I recomand this place with all my heart
