So we actually went June 2023- but I forgot to write a review until now. Spectacular. Gorgeous hotel, they kept so much of the character and really leaned into Sicilian heritage and art. Amazing location, amazing recommendations. excellent service-Staff was so knowledgeable and kind. Months later, when I had needed a recommendation and I didn't know who to ask, I emailed Ms. Perna, and even though she had no obligation to help me, she still went out of her way to help me. They had the most amazing gluten free chocolate croissants I've ever had, and they even sent me the recipe!

Due giorni sono davvero troppo pochi per godersi appieno tutto ciò che questa struttura ha da offrire. L'ambiente è unico, con il fascino del vecchio monastero che aggiunge un tocco di storia e carattere al soggiorno. Ogni angolo è curato nei minimi dettagli, il che rende l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Il chiostro e il giardino sono luoghi assolutamente da visitare, offrendo un’atmosfera di pace e serenità che invita al relax. In breve, una location perfetta per chi cerca un soggiorno che unisce storia, bellezza e tranquillità.
