Jazz Hotel Penang offers a vibrant, comfortable escape in Tanjung Tokong that strikes a great balance between modern elegance and musical charm. I stayed here for a short getaway and overall, it was a great experience—definitely worthy of 4 out of 5 stars. The Good Stuff The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with subtle jazz elements that gave it character without being over the top. I had a great night’s sleep thanks to the comfy bed and blackout curtains. The views from the upper floors, especially at sunset, are gorgeous. The rooftop infinity pool was a highlight—perfect for a quiet dip or just lounging while taking in the city and sea views. The gym next to it was clean and well-maintained too, though not massive. Service & Atmosphere The staff were friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was quick, and housekeeping was consistent. The jazz-inspired theme throughout the hotel added a nice artistic touch, though it would’ve been cool to have a bit more live music or events to really bring it to life. Minor Drawbacks While the hotel is in a good spot, it’s not directly in the heart of the action—you’ll need a short drive to get to George Town or Batu Ferringhi. Also, parking can get a bit tight during peak hours. Final Thoughts Jazz Hotel Penang is a solid choice for travelers who want a sleek, relaxing stay with a unique personality. It’s not perfect, but it hits a lot of high notes and I’d happily stay again. Rating: 4/5

This was my 2nd stay at your hotel. My husb and i really enjoy our stay there from the beginning. During my 1st visit, the receptionist gave a room at level 22-23 if im not mistaken saying i would love the room bcs of the view and its true the room that was given was amazing! Before my arrival for this 2nd visit i did email to your reservation to check if the same room available for me bcs i did booked the same category however there was no reply at all 😅 So i did a request upon checkin which the staff honour. But one thing that i felt weird was, i ask the receptionist if you can provide a baby cot and she said yes but its a chargable item which she did not know how much it cost..??? How can you sell/rent your product without knowledge? Other than that, everything else was fine. We had a wonderful stay and we really like your breakfast buffet. See you on our 3rd visit ❤️

The room is cleanliness and have china TV show have swimming pool and pool bar at the roof top and small Gym room. The worker all are friendly. With ready bath boom and ready shampoo .
