We originally booked flamingo by the beach Hotel due to my personal relationship. On the day of arrival at 2AM, the hotel staff informed us that the order was invalid and insisted on not solving the problem. They asked us to re-order the room and did not help us contact Trip com. During that time, I went to smoke and left. Fortunately, I had applied for a local telephone network due to work needs, so I was able to contact Hong Kong Trip com to help follow up. After a long contact and conversation, the staff finally told us at 4AM under crazy coercion that they received the information at 3AM, and said in a refreshed manner that this happens often. It makes us feel helpless and angry.
When I arrived at the room, I was mentally prepared. The walls were cracked, the furniture was all very old, the bathtub was worn out, the faucet was oxidized, and there were unknown cracks on the TV screen, but the room was clean.
Because it was a late night check-in, I will definitely not stay in the hotel again.

Repeat booking at Rainbow Paradise Hotel, spacious room and comfy stay. Cleaning n lift issues improved compared with last year.still can see the in house handyman/maintenance guy working during our stay.

First room 401 was the worst. AC don't work and the toilet don't flush. After some chatting our room got upgraded. But the worst thing was the breakfast. I couldn't even eat one bite out of it. The staff and hotel is fine.
