I've never given a hotel such a low rating, because it's truly terrible.
1. The platform says it has four stars, and the ratings aren't bad. However, when I asked about it during check-in, they charged me 5 MYR for parking right at the hotel entrance. Then they said there was an additional charge of 3 MYR per hour for parking below. I asked if it said it didn't, and they said it had changed. There was no apology or smile.
2. I was given the WiFi password, but it didn't work when I went upstairs. When I asked back down, they immediately gave me another one. What's going on? The staff were also rude.
3. The bathroom water: the cold water pipe wouldn't turn on, and the hot water temperature was inconsistent. It's mainly because the facilities are old.
4. The hotel didn't provide adapters (I wouldn't demand this, but it's a given for a four-star hotel).
5. There were lots of ants in the room upon entering. Ants are common in Southeast Asia, but many other hotels don't have them.
The room was quite large, which was my only positive point. Ctrip was very responsive and resolved the parking issue immediately.

The hotel price is cheap and affordable.. Close to all interesting places.. The staff is very friendly.. Check in early.. Parking is also easy.. At night there are activities like live bands & people doing fire shows..
