The hotel overall is in accordance to the cheaper price paid. Is like you give peanut you get monkey concept. Room is floor tiles and felt like an old clean homestay managed by 3rd party hotel management team under contract. 50/50 of the staffs being rude and extremely polite. No courtesy smile or attentive polite greeting for check in just like a typical Malaysian, enjoy the experience and is not a bad thing. Need to pay rm5 for amenities refill and in one set fix (i.e. water bottle etc..). No shaver even when requested. But the pool is nice with a very friendly pool staff start working at 11pm till 7pm shift, he is the best. If management read my comment please give the 11pm to 7pm staff a recognition. Very easy access to the beach. Nice...

The best hotel to stay if comes to relaxing with families. My kids enjoyed swimming pool. the room was spacious and clean. Overall, a good experience for our family and would like to coming back again next time

Enjoy my stay with family. Easy excess to beach. Kids enjoy their day at swimming pool.
Need improvement
1) Limited parking.
2) Long waiting hours for lift upon checkout.
3) Breakfast never meet 4 star rates.
*neighbourhood bring durian and spoil the environment, was very smelly.

The room was spacious. We had an extra bed , but still find it easy to move around. Staffs were polite and helpful.
It was a renovated old facility, some parts of the room were old , but overall was comfortable.
Buffet breakfast offered western and local choices. It would have been better if there were more vegetarian dishes .

The location is a bit far from the city.The hotel is relatively old.The surroundings are hard to find food
