The clerk at the front desk and waitresses from the restaurant are all very nice and friendly. Breakfast is good too. There is a food court just across the street from the hotel in seconds by foot. Also, the hotel is just right on the beach and has private access.

Although this hotel is not very new, its internal and external facilities are well maintained, especially the staff in the reception hall, who are friendly and polite. They also prepare popcorn and iced fruit tea for waiting guests, which is very warm.
The room has a high ceiling, is bright and comfortable, and is very clean. The window overlooks a vast sea view. It is highly recommended to enjoy this beautiful view at an affordable price!
In the evening, you can go to the outdoor area on the first floor to eat, drink, and listen to the sea, or walk to the beach next to it to play in the sand and waves. This is a hotel I will visit again if I have the chance to visit Penang Island in the future.
