There's a crowded hawker just right in front the hotel.. BBQ seafood, pizza, Ba kut teh, satay, curry fish head, etc..

One of the cleanest hotel in Malaysia I know.
The service staff is generally very helpful and consider ate.
The only thing that need to improve would be the breakfast spread.
Lots of food but quality need to improve.

stay for 2 nights.
i had a complaint regarding the ventilation fan malfunction. but not resolved.
ventilation fan not function, no natural ventilation, no exhaust fan. bad smell retains within toilet and room.
allocated far from town and penang POIs, not suitable for those preferably walking tours.

Overall, I feel it's OK. It's mainly because it's a holiday and there are a lot of people traveling. It's not easy to book a room. It's mainly because I came at the wrong time. There's nothing I can do. It's really a little expensive.

We checked in at 5PM, only to be told our room wasn't ready—seriously?! We requested a higher floor but were told to wait, and then ended up on the lowest floor instead.
We also requested an additional bed and agreed to the price offered, but when we returned to the hotel, the bed hadn't been added. Worse, they tried to charge us a significantly higher price. What kind of service is that? With all these nonsense, we decided to check out the next day, the duty manager said we wouldn't be refunded for the additional night. This reflects poorly service provided because we book through trip.com instead of book directly through hotel website?!!
Additionally, with only three lifts serving over 30 floors, the waiting time was unbearable.
In conclusion, we would not recommend this hotel and will not be returning. There are plenty of better options nearby that offer better value and service.

Clean and comfortable room. Beach just 2 mins from lobby which is very convenient for family with kids. Wide range of food for hotel breakfast. Good stay.
