There are no water activities. Food is generally not cheap. Parking is not close to the hotel and you need to pay for Velvet parking. Then there is no entertainment and bar. It is really boring. There’s no point to spend expensive costing to stayed on there.

Nice hotel room, spent most of time in the room. Beach beach wasnt as clean at similar hotel in PD. But staff was generallly friendly. Food at the chinese restaurant was not bad thou abit pricey. Breakfast has a good spread of food.

Avani Gold Coast at Sepang is fantastic! The service staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to help.
Breakfast spread was good. Nabil who was there to help at breakfast did a Teh Tarik for us and it was good!
The beach at low tide was amazing! You can see many small crabs and hermit crabs too! The fireworks show at night was a sight to behold too!

Great Family Getaway with Relaxing Seaside Vibes
We had a wonderful short getaway with the family at this decent and well-maintained hotel. Each room comes with a balcony, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful sunrise and sunset, feel the refreshing sea breeze, and listen to the soothing sound of the waves—truly relaxing!
The infinity pool is small but offers a lovely view, perfect for unwinding. The seaside is clean, though not suitable for swimming, but our kids had a great time playing in the sand.
We didn’t face any issues with the buggy service—it was efficient and fast, even though others had mentioned delays in earlier reviews. Parking is located a bit far from the hotel, but there’s a 24/7 shuttle service that runs smoothly and made things very convenient.
A special highlight was the free fire show on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights at 8 PM. It lasts around 30 minutes and was a big hit with the kids!
The only area that could use improvement is the breakfast. The selection was limited, and food wasn’t replenished quickly during peak times. We hope to see better variety and service in the future.
Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay, and we’d be happy to return!
