The hotel management is rigid! Due to flight adjustments, the order needs to be adjusted. I applied n times but was rejected. I cannot postpone the stay for the next time. I cannot change the name. Once you place an order, don't think about refunding it. You cannot change the check-in date or the name of the guest! When you arrive at the hotel, Liu tells you that you either stay or it expires (1,400 yuan per night is invalid?)! Finally, I found a local friend in Malaysia to negotiate, and then I changed it to two rooms on the same day! Malaysian Malay hotels are racially discriminatory!

We went during rainy weekend, it’s great experience and staff were friendly. A little bit of language barrier because cannot understand their accent, but they overcome it with written instructions and map. There are activities during night time (weekend only) and it’s enjoyable experience. Spa was quite expensive so didn’t get to try.
