checking in was smooth and staff very polite and friendly. room are spacious and clean. buggy service was excellent from car park to hotel room. breakfast are so nice and so much varieties. weekend full with activities from morning till dawn. very happy and surely will repeat.

Everything was top notch except the buggy cab pickup service. Considering the new year crowd, the management would have hired more buggy cab services. We waited for almost most 1.5 hours to get picked up and then complete the checkout process. There is really a room for improvement on this aspect.

I am writing to complain about the extremely unpleasant experience we had during our stay at Avani Sepang Gold Coast Resort from 27 to 29 December 2024. We were a group of five.
On the evening of 27 December, when we returned to the resort after dinner, at the parking lot, a staff member who claimed to be a parking service asked us to pay for parking without us asking for parking services, otherwise we had to park outside the resort. I said I needed to go to the front desk to inquire because when we booked the hotel on Ctrip, it was clearly stated that parking in the resort was free.
When we came to the front desk, a waitress named Pavithra told us in a very bad manner that parking in the resort would cost RM25 per night, a total of RM50. When I showed her the booking information, she frowned and said that she could not understand Chinese and asked me to translate. She then turned and left. Even after I asked her again after the translation, she still insisted on paying for parking or we could only park outside the resort.
We think this kind of random charging behavior is completely unacceptable. We urge your department to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from happening again.
