During the three-day and two-night trip, I found the resort staff to be very friendly! Also participated in the mangrove boat tour! You can blow some wind, relax, and take a look at the ecology here! Caught sea turtles, monkeys, mudskippers, water lizards... small animals. But I would like to add that the weekend buffet dinner for an additional fee is really delicious, and the breakfast is just average. 😂

Absolutely fell in love. Very much serene view and location on top of the beach/ocean. Breakfast buffet were quite basic. Variety is there but not the quality and or taste. Not up to par for the price paid. Lotsa of pastries tho. Good services with check in and check out. Buggy were fast, despite all the comments. Beautiful view of sunset and sunrise. Don’t miss the sunset near the pool area. Stunning.

The hotel is located in a remote location and is not friendly to Grab travelers. I tried to call a taxi in KL but was rejected 3 times because of the remote location of the hotel. When leaving the hotel, I couldn't call Grab because there were no cars around. The hotel has a shuttle service (to the airport), which costs 130MYR, expensive, but convenient. But driving a car is no problem.
The hotel front desk service is not professional. When checking in, no detailed guidance information was provided: such as restaurant location, operating hours, and gym location. It simply tells you the location of your room and then gives you a small map. So I can only ask on foot.
When checking in, the front desk told me that the rooms were full and that the room location could not be changed. The only option was to pay to upgrade the room. But in fact, many rooms of the same type were not occupied at night. I wonder if it has something to do with marketing methods?
The room phone number is not marked with the front desk phone number, which is troublesome.
There are a lot of flies in the restaurant buffet breakfast, so it is recommended to bring your own diarrhea medicine.
