Thought we have a nice view from 12th floor but through these absolut dirty windows we saw only grey. In the bathroom is mold in the shower. In the hotel are also rooms for companies beside the guests rooms. 6 o'clock in the morning there is noise and the people from the companies are smoking in the hallway. Then the smoke drifts through the door. Disgusting. The hotel is in a great location, very close to Tangshanyan, Nanhu Park and Shadow Play Park. It only takes about 10 yuan by taxi. It is located in the city center and the commercial street downstairs is very prosperous.

The staff were all very helpful and enthusiastic, and they even upgraded our room. The only downside was that the drain in our room was broken, which was quite inconvenient to use. Breakfast wasn't great. We went down at 9 AM and were told the main dining area was full, so we had to go to another section. The variety of food there was noticeably less, the seating wasn't ideal, and the environment was much worse. It really impacted our experience negatively.
