"The hotel is located in the city, with nice decoration, convenient for going out, and many places to eat around. Considering that the overall star rating in Africa is one level lower than that in developed countries, it is generally acceptable. In addition, there may be many illegal taxi drivers who charge exorbitant prices when taking a taxi. Later, the hotel recommended us to find a local guide Xiaolong to hire a car. The price was clearly marked, so we had a pleasant and smooth trip. Some emergencies during the trip were also handled very well for us, so I recommend his WeChat xltrip"

"Hotel location and room quality were very good. The breakfast was rich with choices, but number of coffee machines were not enough. There were long queues in front of the only two machines. However, they brewed good coffee from seeds. We enjoyed the beautiful voice and songs of the lady at the piano bar in the evenings, but very interestingly the hotel does not have a bar or cafeteria with a sea view. We had to go out to cafeterias nearby to have a cup of coffee with a sea view after a work day. Also they lacked proper stock of alcohol-free beer. It was only available 3 out of 7 nights we stayed and was extremely expensive. I also think the hotel is a bit on the expensive side compared to what it offers. We would stay there again if we get a better deal than this time. Otherwise we will try another hotel. Staff was generally nice and helpful with a smile."

"Our first time in Morocco and this hotel, adjacent to a stunningly beautifully restored bullfighting complex now used for cultural events, was beautiful also and the staff are outstanding. Every request was greeted with an enthusiastic response and immediate action. The hotel is only 1.5 years old and easily accessible from downtown, the walled markets and the airport. They have a restaurant open during business hours for guests and a breakfast buffet that was above and beyond. No pool , but wifi was good and staff were attentive and helpful. Would stay there again without question."

"This was the best location for Tangiers, right on the door step of the wonderful beach and Mall with just a short taxi ride to the Medina and Old Town.
This was ideal for us as we took our mum who is elderly and found it a bonus that everything was quite close. In terms of service, that could be improved as one of the days we got back to our room which had not been cleaned or tidied at all. In terms of facilities, it would have been great if there was a spa in the hotel as we where there for a chillaxed holiday and that would have been the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and anything we needed they tried their level best to deliver, one staff in particular who did this was Tahar, he was excellent."

"Хороший район, касба медина в пешей доступности (10-15 минут). Номера абсолютно такие как на фото, небольшие но чистые и не уставшие, уборка каждый день (быстро и чисто). Наш номер выходил окнами на дорогу но было не шумно, внутри отеля тоже было тихо. Завтраки вкусные, шведский стол на 5 этаже, после 11 там же ресторан. На ресепшене большое спасибо всем девушкам, очень дружелюбные и со всем помогали. Цена-сервис очень хороший вариант."

CCherryzhuzhudelvchengThe reason why I booked Hilton Hotel is because of its location. It is just opposite the train station and can be reached by crossing the road. It is a great choice for travelers who are dragging luggage without taking a taxi! The hotel has complete hardware facilities. The breakfast restaurant on the 15th floor with sea view is really great. The waiters are very enthusiastic and will serve you coffee and water. It is a good start to the day to have breakfast while looking at the coastline! The hotel is also very clean, and the waiters are very friendly and responsive! There is a shopping mall downstairs, and there are KFC, Pizza Hut and other restaurants on the top floor! It is ten minutes away from the beach. It is nice to walk around after a meal to digest the food!

MMario BettencourtThe hotel merits the 5 star rating. Excellent all around. Breakfast is worth praising for the selection and quality of the produce. The staff is very attentive to guests' needs and comfort. A word of praise for the assistant floor/reception manager who out of his way to see to it that my stay was pleasant and memorable. Would only advise not to arrange airport pick-up through the hotel. The service will cost more than double that of a regular taxi. Otherwise, and as a seasoned world traveler, I strongly recommend the hotel.

HHongmengongjiangThe hotel is in the old town, very close to Tangier Castle. Sitting in the hotel restaurant, you can see the Strait of Gibraltar and the harbor. The parking lot is 300 meters away from the hotel, which is very convenient for self-driving. The facilities are OK, the breakfast is rich and tastes good. The service staff is enthusiastic and treats people sincerely and kindly. The bathroom is a bit small, which is a disadvantage.

Hhicham abourouhSorry to say that we do not believe the hotel is up to its 5 star standard. It is a good hotel and the hotel does take care to look after it and make it enjoyable for people staying but if you are expecting 5 star quality it will let you down. In the room, inside the kettle, the coffee cup and the spoon were dirty (these hadn’t had a clean before us arriving), there was an awful sewage smell coming from the drain in the shower so bad that if we didn’t shut the bathroom door ah all times our room smelt revolting (this was room 336) I don’t know if it’s a general thing or just unlucky with the room. It felt like at times staff would favour people who have stayed at the hotel before (regulars) or people who had been staying there for a few days rather than welcoming new people. Finally, to top off our stay here, 5am we needed to leave for the airport, we asked the reception if he would kindly just call us a taxi, he told us this would be a charge of 250 DHR (we already knew this should have been no more than 150), we said no thank you walked into the street and got a taxi for 100 DHR. Very bad

SSlimani HajarBeautiful hotel, I stayed there one night because I arrived in Tangier very late (11pm). Close to the airport about 5 min by car.
The receptionists are present 24/7 if you ever arrive at night like me.
Everything is clean, the room was perfect, nothing to complain about.
The breakfast is a fairly varied buffet, very good, possibility to sit on the terrace in the garden, very pleasant.
In the morning when I had to leave my room I was able to drop off my bag at the reception to do my visits quietly without being bothered.
I thank all the staff members for their listening and their kindness.
I recommend you and I will certainly come back.

GGuest UserGreat property and in a perfect location. Just outside the chaos of the Medina but very central. Good breakfast, comfortable mattresses, good soundproofing. The only flaw is the shower that tends to flood the bathroom.

SSteve101Stayed here many times, very good central location. Rooms of variable quality, a few have balconies, plenty hot water, nice pool and garden, unfortunately deckchairs are no longer allowed in garden...only round the pool.
Breakfast is OK, bit expensive, nice cafes just round corner offer better coffee and value.
Garden used as gaint bar / restaurant / spanish caberet in summer evenings, can be noisy in pool side rooms, in evening, but I dont mind it.

HHOSEINI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Andalucia Hotel, and I must say, I was pleasant by staffs because staffs were more friendly then last vsit.
The Andalucia Hotel's charm and elegance remain unmatched, with its stunning décor, comfortable rooms, and top-notch amenities.
Overall, my experience at the Andalucia Hotel was truly delightful, Thank you front desk team they really do good job. Especially khaustha ( maybe i spell wrong ) & ikram and ayyoub is was always their and help me out i will go back soon again surely.
Apart from restaurant staffs seems bit shy and not much attentive, and some few things which i don’t like was thier as well but few things can’t compare the good part. I hope my next day will be perfect.
