Service was good. Check in was fast but we had to pay extra Euro165 in cash for 3 persons. Staff didn’t know that sofa can be pulled out as extra bed. Breakfast was good spread but lacking in meat.

It's good however we booked through Trip.com and they don't accept bookings from them anymore, we had to call customer service for them to settle it

1，房間內異味很嚴重，不知道是煙味還是啥別的味道
2，我訂房間已經交税了，到前台登記又交了一次税。和攜程反饋，把錢退給我了。
3，衞生間異味也很嚴重，設施很老舊。沒有吹風機，大半夜到的，洗澡以後沒辦法吹頭髮，自然晾乾。
4，沙發上印記，窗簾都發黴了。
