Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Ein schönes Zimmer, wir waren auch nicht zum ersten mal dort. Frühstück lecker. Die Eier auf dem Punkt! Wir haben auch dort nicht das erste mal von der Speisekarte gegessen, es war mehr als Lecker!! Vielen Dank an den Koch/ die Köche, es hat sehr gut geschmeckt!! Ich würde jedem empfehlen da mal zu essen. Vielen Dank an ALLE!!

Absolut seinen Preis wert. Saubere moderne Zimmer , zentral in der Altstadt , sehr gutes schmackhaftes klassisches Essen , und das Bier , aus eigener Brauerei, Spitze ! Was für ein Esprit und Miteinader auf dem "Hof" herrscht, merkt man sofort. Toller kundenorientierter Service, freundlich und gute Ansprache. Tolles Essen zu fairen Preisen. Ein absolutes Muss ist der Braukurs, durchgeführt mit Sachverstand und derbe Sprüche auf den Lippen. Man, war ich begeistert!

Bevor ich diese Bewertung verfasse möchte ich folgendes erwähnen. Ich habe noch nie eine Bewertung für Essen abgegeben, da dieses ja auch immer eine Frage des Geschmackes ist. Ich koche seit mehr als 30 Jahren gut bürgerliche Küche, auch für Gruppen mit mehr als fünfzig Personen. Das was uns hier heute im Brauhaus als „Gulasch“ angeboten und verkauft wurde war eine Frechheit. Aus meiner Erfahrung war das Ganze eine separat angesetzte Soße, in die das viel zu scharf und zu lang, extra angebratene Fleisch, welches somit zäh und trocken gebraten wurde, nachträglich in die Soße gegeben wurde. Vermutlich mit der Hoffnung auf ein gutes Ergebnis. So kann das Fleisch natürlich nicht weich und schmackhaft werden. Wer auch immer dieses Gulasch zubereitet hat, hat vom Beruf eines Koches nicht die geringste Ahnung. Schade eigentlich, da die anderen Gerichte (Leber/Schnitzel) gut bis sehr gut waren. Das Ambiente sowie der Service waren ebenfalls gut. Leider ist abschließend ganz deutlich zu erwähnen, dass ein solches Essen in einem sonst tollem Restaurant nicht auf den Tisch kommen darf.

Ein ganz tolles Erlebnis und ein muss , wenn man Bier mag. Dieser kurzweilige Kurs wird noch sehr lange in unserer Erinnerung bleiben. Gerrit, der Braumeister hat uns total begeistert. Das Essensbuffet war so was von lecker und das Bier schmeckt hervorragend. Es lohnt sich einfach!

Mit 4 Personen sind wir im Restaurant erwartungsvoll eingekehrt. Leider wurden wir enttäuscht, nur eine Person verließ das Restaurant zufrieden. Speckbohnen waren verbrannt, Gulasch mit harten Fleischstücken, Soße salzig. Schade.

Das Lokal war gut besucht! Auf die Frage nach einem Tisch sagte man mir auf das Essen würde man 45 Minuten warten! Ich habe ein Jägerschnitzel bestellt. Die Pommes lasch die Jägersauce fad das Schnitzel trocken. Die Bedienung ist sehr bemüht

Auf die Frage nach einem Tisch zum Essen wurde mir ein Platz am Tresen oder im Garten (bei aufziehendem Gewitter) angeboten. Das Restaurant war zu 80% leer. Unglaublich unfreundlich und an möglichen Mehrgewinn orientiert. Keine Empfehlung.

We shared a room with three people, one of which was only for one night. The room price was split and not per person per night. Far too expensive! Very rude staff and not flexible. The breakfast is minimal and is not refilled when something is finished. We will definitely not book the hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone.
