Nature Lanka Ayurveda Health Resort

I would like to thank the entire Natura Lanka Team for their friendly and professional approach to the client. I attended a 14-day Ayurveda course, theory and practice, care of a professional Ayurvedic doctor, thank you very much Doctor Amari :) - Great knowledge of Ayurveda, good heart and a wonderful, warm person :) A very friendly and wonderful place to unwind and relax from the Western world. I will definitely come back here ! The resort is located in a garden full of beautiful plants and animals. It is located on the Indian Ocean. From resort you go straight to the beach :)

I spent 10 nights in Nature Lanka with my sister and our 15-month-old baby in February 2024. It was fantastic. Located right on a deserted beach in the south of the island, very professional treatments, very child friendly, very clean, very accommodating and good food. There were yoga classes every morning and tea around the clock. The resort is set in a beautiful garden with lots of animals. The treatments are tailored to your needs and last 1-3 hours a day. I felt like a new person after my stay - cleansed inside and out. Thanks to the great team. Thank you for everything. Best regards from Berlin. Ich war mit meiner Schwester und unserem 15 Monate alten Baby im Februar 2024 10 Nächte im Nature Lanka. Es war traumhaft. Direkt an einem verlassenem Strand im Süden der Insel gelegen, sehr professionelle Behandlungen, sehr kinderfreundlich, sehr sauber, sehr zuvorkommend und gutes Essen. Jeden Morgen gab es Yoga Stunden und rund um die Uhr Tee. Die Anlage liegt in einem traumhaften Garten mit vielen Tieren. Die Behandlungen werden auf Bedürfnisse abgestimmt und dauern täglich 1-3 Stunden. Ich fühlte mich nach dem Aufenthalt wie ein neuer Mensch - von außen und innen gereinigt. Danke an das tolle Team.
