The feeling of vacation is full when you enter the hotel. The room is OK but there are a lot of bugs. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, Italian, Asian and buffet. There are some tourist restaurants around the hotel, which are not recommended. It takes about half an hour to drive to any restaurant that is worth your attention. When you check out, you should take a good look at the bill. There are several extra items such as turtle protection fees for no reason.

We were upgraded to a sea view room which was nice. But it was different from the pictures. The so-called direct access to the beach was not reliable because the balcony was full of bushes and the beach was too small to play. We just went there to lie flat and sleep for three days.

From the moment you walk into Anantara, it really is something special. Every detail has been thought of to truely make your stay memorable. Thisari was our personal room host who was incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay special, including assisting us with last minute dinner reservations and organising a little cake to our room to celebrate our anniversary. Our room was spacious with an incredible view, the food at both the buffet breakfast and the restaurants were delicious and the cocktails - especially the espresso martini - were fantastic. I only wish we had have booked for longer, so we will definitely be back.
