2. At the time of check-in, the front desk business was not skilled, and it took more than 10 minutes to check in. I booked the wrong time at the beginning and then retired, and set a lake view room at the right time. It's such a simple problem. The front desk took the order I booked at the wrong time and said that I had booked the wrong room, and then told me that the lake view room was gone. But I had booked the lake view room of the day at least an hour ago. Later, the front desk made two calls and said that there was a lake view room. It took more than 10 minutes to toss.
3. The room is on another building and we drove there. When I arrived in the room, I found a circle, no slippers, and called the front desk. The front desk actually came into the house to find a circle! Shouldn't you bring slippers? Don't you know where the slippers are placed? But it's really weird! I looked for a circle and didn't really have it, and then said bring me slippers.
4. Eat more at 7:00 in the evening, prepare to order, tell me that there are two menus, the other two tables are on the order, wait for them to finish, before they can give me the menu. Such a big resort hotel, only two menus? And during the small holiday! Wait until the menu, order the meal, wait for more than half an hour without serving, ask why, tell me the chef one, I ask why one, tell me another to take leave. The waiter said that there were more than 10 people in the private room, just a chef, who was cooking the dishes in the private room. Ask the waiter when the food can be served? (We ordered two dishes) The waiter said that he didn't know, she was a passer. Then we said that you asked the chef, the waiter came back and said 15 minutes after asking. So we waited almost an hour to eat.
5. During the meal, because the other tables have waited for a long time, I am not satisfied, the waiter probably called her superior. When we finished the checkout, the superior said that he was very embarrassed and gave us a 20% discount. I said yes. Then our meal money is 122, and the waiter said you give 120. ? ? ? Your superior said 20% off 1 second ago, and it's 2 yuan cheaper to you? Really unable to complain. Then the superior asked the waiter if you would get a 20% discount? The waiter said no...
