The room is simple but tidy. I stay here every time I come to pick up my kids from school. The train station and bus station are just 2-3 minutes away, which is very convenient! I will definitely come again next time!

Everything was awful.
The kitchen was closed so nowhere nearby to have an evening meal or breakfast.
The room was sweltering hot and even with the fan reception gave us, it was too uncomfortably hot to sleep
The service was poor and asking for extra pillows was like pulling teeth.
The reception staff seemed clueless and unable to understand the simplest of questions without repetition.

The staff and the service: totally incredible. The food was average at best, and there weren't many amenities, but it was located very close to 2 train lines which was extremely convenient. If you aren't planning to spend much time in your room, it's a great staging area for heading into London, going to and from the airport, or getting anywhere you need to. Priced right, especially for what you're getting. I would recommend it to friends and I would stay there again myself.

Very good service was good staff are very nice. Great breakfast good location to the train station rooms are new and clean dinner was good and cheap. Very quite hotel car park is cheap we was in the area for a event. Hotel sorted a taxi for us I was sad to leave

We have been staying at the Whyteleafe-Caterham Travelodge for years. The staff is always very kind, welcoming and helpful. The revamp of the hotel is a real success! Well done! We recommend this hotel.

We have stayed at this Travelodge a few times in recent years and it has never failed to impress. The rooms are spotless, the staff are efficient and friendly and the breakfast excellent. It is also extremely good value and far cheaper than most of the hotels around. We shall definitely be back.
