Nice location and friendly staff, but only accessible by car due to a steep incline. Rooms are basic but adequate. Breakfast consists of toast with various jams, pancakes, or conflakes. You can also opt for a hot, local meal, but we didn't. The location seemed very close to the start of Track 10, but that's a straight shot. In reality, you have to take a 2km detour along the road, so we opted for Grab. Track 10, followed by Track 6, and then through the tea plantation back to the road is strenuous, but definitely worth it!

I dont know problem with mytrip or this place. Successfully booking but when i reach there its fully book. Then when i try to refund. Cannot refund back. 😡😡..please fix this. It is troublesome.

The soundproofing is very poor, the door lock only has a ball lock, which makes you feel very unsafe. The entrance is along a steep slope that is not finished, with almost no lighting, which makes it very difficult to find at night. The balcony is connected to several rooms next door, which is not safe on the one hand, and you can hear people talking on the other hand, which is very noisy. The breakfast is also average and there is no elevator.

Excellent hotel, great location, excellent service, we were met at the bus station and taken to the hotel, when we left the hotel we were also taken to the bus station, the hotel itself is excellent, great breakfasts, all the hotel staff are very friendly and smiling
In the room: the room itself is large, the bed is comfortable and the view from the balcony is simply fantastic
The hotel is located away from the noisy streets, so it is very quiet and cozy
Upon arrival we took a tour in the hotel itself, which is also very convenient, because we did not have to go anywhere
There are 4 cats living in the hotel, which for me personally is a huge plus
