The room was fine, small but comfortable.
What we didn't like was that you have to enter barefoot.
The location was close to the center of Tanah Rata.
They have 2 tours and when renting a motorbike they only had one. Very shabby!!

First time checking in here and we are very satisfied with this place.. very good service from the receptionist.. beautiful room, clean toilet, plenty of tables and chairs are provided for eating and hanging out around the lodge.. very convenient for customers.. at the lodge I want to open my shoes at the reception counter in the room so the floor is always clean.. I will repeat it next time inn shaa allah..

a hotel away from the town centre ,within 10 Mins walk from a mall and eatries , bus station etc. quiet at night. cleaning should be improved with stains on bed sheet, also no tv and kettle, bottled water provided in room..
one thing to point out , in case you need to exchange money, not many place in town to exchange RM, if they do very bad rate, the only place with decent rate is in the mall but run out of cash (RM) by mid afternoon the day we visited, many ATM in town though

Unfortunately, our room was very humid because there was only a fan and a small window. This meant that we could hardly get the humidity out of the room. Otherwise, it was fine.
