The building is a little old, but the location is the best. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, and you can go directly to the sea from the poolside. There are a lot of people at Tumon Beach, but in front of the Lotte Hotel it was relatively empty and I was able to take a lot of great photos. There were people who rented out SUPs and kayaks for a little money, so I had a lot of fun!

The hotel is old, but it is clean and nice.

I stayed in a family suite, so the view was not that great.
But it had a kitchen, so it was good for making simple meals.
If you want a more stylish interior, Dusit Thani is good.
It is close to downtown and connected to The Plaza Mall,

The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the sunset seen from the hotel pool was so impressive. It was a great place to spend some quality time with my spouse, and I was able to walk to nearby restaurants and shopping, so it was a very comfortable trip.

The hotel staff's service is great, and there's a Starbucks on the first floor.
The sea view room has a beautiful view. You can see the endless seaside from the room. (You can also see the hotel facilities next door XD)

I came here after hearing that Guam's river facilities were outdated, so it was nice and comfortable.
