The hotel is old and the rooms look like they are from the 90s. The lights are switched manually, and the TV is a regular TV without Netflix or anything like that.
The location is excellent, in the middle of a busy area, and everything can be reached on foot.
The sand on the beach is fine and the water quality is very good.
The entire hotel is 99% Korean, and the breakfast restaurant has an entire Korean stone rice counter. The breakfast items are basically the same every day with no changes. The taste was just average.
The most outrageous thing is the housekeeping. We stayed for 6 nights but the housekeeping was only done on 2 days. We notified the hotel to clean the house but they didn't come immediately. They didn't come when we were out for an hour or two. The service was very poor.
Not recommended for stay.

The room facilities are well maintained. Although the hotel is old, it is still comfortable to live in. The balcony is large and comfortable. The Hyatt Regency Resort is a great place to stay in Guam 🇬🇺. You can plan a three or four days holidays in this place to relax and enjoy all it can offer. The resort offers impeccable facilities with incredible amenities in each and every one of their rooms and suites beautifully decorated. You can book in advance to select the rooms with the best ocean views. I stayed in Room 1205 which you can sea the whole beach, pool and see and enjoy the sunsets every day! the balcony was an amazing place to chill!
This hotel is a good option if you traveling with kids as they will be entertained in the different pools. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and offers a great service. Breakfast is included and the food in the hotel is really amazing!
