These folks are not good at their job. They did not give me check in info till 1.5 hrs past check in time. They did not respond when I called or texted. I had to beg them to respond. I tried the front door and it was unlocked, so I went in. I saw an apartment with an open door so I went in. They finally responded with door codes. I tried them and they worked. I went to dinner. When I came back around 7 I noticed how gross the shower was, I have the photo, and the dirty cleaning supplies they use, also have pictures. Place was dirty. Bed sheets were messy like the sheets were not made. ALL LINENS were so old, they need replaced. I asked thru text around at this time for a refund but got no response. So I set myself up on the couch on a towel. Around 10pm there’s a knock on the door saying it’s management and they have no record of someone in this room. I told them I paid and they said I asked to cancel and get a refund. I said yes I did at 7:30. It’s 10pm now, what and where do I go now. In a strange city. This was complete BS. I closed the door, went to sleep and left at 5 am. I paid $175 for this. So not worth it.
