Old West Studio Lofts

These folks are not good at their job. They did not give me check in info till 1.5 hrs past check in time. They did not respond when I called or texted. I had to beg them to respond. I tried the front door and it was unlocked, so I went in. I saw an apartment with an open door so I went in. They finally responded with door codes. I tried them and they worked. I went to dinner. When I came back around 7 I noticed how gross the shower was, I have the photo, and the dirty cleaning supplies they use, also have pictures. Place was dirty. Bed sheets were messy like the sheets were not made. ALL LINENS were so old, they need replaced. I asked thru text around at this time for a refund but got no response. So I set myself up on the couch on a towel. Around 10pm there’s a knock on the door saying it’s management and they have no record of someone in this room. I told them I paid and they said I asked to cancel and get a refund. I said yes I did at 7:30. It’s 10pm now, what and where do I go now. In a strange city. This was complete BS. I closed the door, went to sleep and left at 5 am. I paid $175 for this. So not worth it.

This place is BAD!!! It reminded me a place of ill reputation. Manager doesn’t answer phone. I’m glad he didn’t because the surroundings are terrible and you see weird couples going in and out to do who knows what??

Was scheduled to stay at this property for 4 nights. After 1st night, I booked a stay at a local Hotel. This was a horrible experience, and they refuse a refund. Dirty, linens not matching or clean, chair broken, dishes in dishwasher, bathroom with one dingy towel, bugs and noisy.

This is not a hotel, it’s a condo building. No staff works there. I arrived at 9 pm and couldn’t get into my room not was I able to get any help from the property. No body answers the property’s phone number listed at the booking page, and they charge you up front$$$

This will be my review / 0 star rating on Cuir banks 105 room suite . Letting you know how sad I am that you'd just take my money and not consider any of the feedback from below .Renting a space for $150 that is not stay able couch chairs torn by dogs , flies , no ac , cigarette smell , bedding pillow cover missing , I could go on . I understand you needing to pay your receptionist but you should have given a refund as I contacted as soon as I checked in and realized we would not feel comfortable staying there. : You had no concern that I was bringing my children to this place . If you want to run a good busineses your place really needs some renovating and fair understanding . I am an Airbnb host and I would never treat someone like this . Or would run a place like this . Photos are really misrepresenting and it's stealing .

I can with my brother on his business trip. While he was away I spent my time at the lofts. The room was clean and anything we needed was taken care for us by this nice red hair lady that takes care of the property, I can not remember her name. The building is safe with each unit having their own lock and code. The area is not great but for the price and accommodations we both really enjoyed our stay.
