Love the pool Very clean. Nice hotel! Great bed! Awesome pool area!

Liked location and surrounding area. Did not like that we were given a handicap room when we did not ask for one. Bar area was not very welcoming. All in all not worth the price.

I have had bad rooms in the past but this one I think tops it. I have nothing to say about the staff or the hotel itself, I think the location is ideal if you have meetings in the office buildings nearby. However, I booked a room almost a month in advance and as a a titanium elite member, they gave me their worst room. Low floor, 2 doors from elevator , right on top of the entrance and restaurant below, facing street. Noisy until very late due to proximity to street and restaurant music. You cannot open the blinds as you are literally on the sidewalk, unless you don’t mind people seeing in. The shower doors are broken so they installed a makeshift curtain. The bathroom was dirty, looks like someone puked in the corner and no one really cleaned it up. The coffee machine was filthy and the bed uncomfortable. Overall a very bad room. Their excuse was that they were fully booked. So they give their worst room to their highest status members … way to go! They offered to change my room for the second night , but I declined … better stick with what you know. All this for over 225USD a night. Hopefully I don’t have to go back again but if I do , I will make sure they come up and inspect the room with me before .

We have stayed here several times since it opened. Great area and convenient to get around Tampa.
