A business trip related to Busch Gardens Tampa. The service was a mess, the employees were unfriendly and didn't respond properly. Not all employees were like that, but this was the first time I saw a hotelier who just stared blankly as I entered the entrance with two trunks in tow. There are too many parking spaces, so I don't understand why they charge a fee.

Good hotel close to Bushgarden. They drove us to Bushgarden and picked us up again. American breakfast was ok. What bothered us is that all the dishes were made of plastic.

The staff was amazing and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The pool area was great and breakfast was quick and easy. Would definitely stay here again

Overall good stay for our quick 2 day trip for USF orientation. Greatest thing about this place is location to the college. Room was above average besides a small maintenance issue with the toilet and a big stain on the modular carpet but would definitely stay again when we visit our kid over the next 4 years!

The beds were comfy and our kids loved relaxing at the pool after a long day at Busch Gardens. I especially enjoyed having the sectional style couch for relaxtion after the kids were asleep.
