When I walked into the foyer of the lobby, the glamour of the entrance excited me! Also, it smelled super-clean and I was happy about the on-site restaurant. I was in Tampa for the Millennium Tour and the hotel was only about a 7 minute drive from Ybor and 5 mins from the nearest mall. Definitely love the area. The only downfall was the lack of breakfast.

Was surprised by the Mexican grill with flashing lights and loud music attached to hotel.
Not happy about noise from pool area at night and the super loud clanging of gates to get into pool area. Sounded like fun shots. Room was okay except for beetles or roaches wandering about. Lastly bathroom could have been much cleaner. Thought we would fall through the terribly soft and squishy shower floor.

Rooms could be better a little outdated and not as clean also it’s a horrible smell out and some sort of moths were in our room bathroom and our door was never open

A sido una experiencia horrible. Desde que llegamos a realizar el check in, la aptitud primero de una fémina que no terminó de atenderme era de mal humor. Justo en el salón de al lado habia una fiesta y el personal que nos estaba atendiendo en el mostrador los llamó estúpidos. Al mismo tiempo un huésped que había perdido su teléfono en la habitación buscaba ayuda y ninguna de las dos personas en el mostrador (4/20/25) hicieron el intento de ayudarlo. Desde ese día reportamos el inodoro estaba tapado y no fue hasta el siguiente día que lo resolvieron. En adición la madrugada del 21 abril fue horrible ya que la pareja del cuarto de arriba esta peleándose a golpes y gritos que era imposible poder dormir, nos comunicamos con la recepción para que resolvieran ese asunto. Definitivamente un lugar que jamás regresaría.
