Overall that was a very decent stay at hyatt. And the service is acceptable.

Disappointing Stay Due to Ongoing Renovations The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which I wasn’t aware of when booking. An email was sent the week of our reservation, but I didn’t have internet access at the time, I didn’t see it. In my opinion, the construction should have been clearly communicated during the booking process—not just in a follow-up email. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room directly beneath active construction. Pieces of the popcorn ceiling were literally falling onto us and our food, which was both concerning and unsanitary. It seems like common sense not to place guests in rooms directly under heavy work areas. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, but there was no offer to move us or provide any kind of discount or compensation. That said, the front desk staff were friendly and polite, even if they didn’t do much to help. I’d recommend waiting until the renovations are complete or at least calling ahead to confirm the situation before booking.

Outdated, tiny bathroom with a door that's too big to be swinging in, Hot Rooms, clogged sinks. And they are doing construction and it's loud. Construction is just on the curb appeal. They need a remodel inside. No way would I stay here again. I'm a Hyatt customer but this has me thinking.
