This is the best hotel that I have stayed at in years. The staff and manager are very professional and accommodating. They go out of their way to help and treat you like family. They also have free networking hours around dinner time when free beverages and food are provided. Two kinds of near and two kinds of wine are served! Price for the hotel is reasonable as well. I did not have a chance to try breakfast but I can imagine it must be very good as well.

One of the worst hotel stays we’ve ever had. We were on a non-smoking floor, yet someone in a nearby room or above us was clearly smoking. The smoke came directly into our bathroom through the vents, and our children were coughing all night because of it. We reported it right away, but the front desk refused to send anyone to check, offered zero assistance, and completely ignored the issue. No one followed up or tried to relocate us. The next morning, during checkout, the staff was rude, and the manager, Marcel, was incredibly unprofessional—he wouldn’t listen and defended the employee who had been dismissive and unhelpful. The room itself was also in terrible condition: • Leaking faucets • Mold in the bathroom • Light switches randomly turning on and off This stay raised serious health and safety concerns, especially with kids involved. Between the smoke exposure, the mold, and the lack of care from the staff, we felt completely disregarded as guests. If you value your health, sleep, or even the most basic service, do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Since I got to the hotel there was a guy who was on the front desk before I left I ask his name (Bernardo) because I wanted to recognize his hard work and how special he treats the guests ,first thing he does when someone walks in he welcomed them he ask how can he help them , even if he is busy he apologize and let people know he’ll help them once he is done There was this other lady to that was to helpful as well she would be always offering help and asking for needs of the guests I loved all the attention that I had

Good hotel good service good room good value for the money good breakfast in the morning and good front desk people I would definitely if in the Tampa Bay area stay here again. One of the front desk ladies May provided very good service I appreciate all her help.

This is the 2nd time we stayed here in a year. Last time we had a 2 br suites while traveling with our adult sons for a cruise. This time, came with my husband for his business trip. We had a King suite this time. Clean, spacious room, with full kitchen. Comfy bed and pillows. Staff is very friendly also. We like this property because it is very close to several restaurants and things to do, but yet tucked away by the airport. World of Beer restaurant just a quick walk around the building. It is a 5 minute drive to the airport. They do have a shuttle, which we used last time which is very good. A-1 Shuttle Service. We have a car this time and they have a parking garage right next to the property. Grab a ticket when you go into the garage, and when you check in at the desk, they will give you permanent pass for the length of your stay. It is $10/night, which I think is very reasonable. They also have a "mixer" on Wednesday night with free beer, wine and munchie food.

I’ve stayed at this property four times over the last six years. They’ve done a recent remodel. The property is beautiful and rooms very comfortable. The room interiors are contemporary and updated. Nice upgrade for a Homewood Suites. The front desk staff is always friendly. The parking is plentiful even if you now have to pay a small fee. Very convenient hotel to the Tampa airport and an easy drive to many restaurants and shopping. There is a restaurant in the Avion Park complex that is good. The breakfast at the Homewood Suites is your basic buffet and sufficient. We were not back at end of each day to enjoy the afternoon snacks and drinks. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Tampa. I’ve stayed at all the other Hilton properties at Avion Park. I love this area and will definitely be back to the Homewood Suites!

Overall the hotel is great. Clean, well kept. Staff very friendly , always eager to help and with a smile. Bernardo in particular goes above and beyond to make sure that the guests are taken care of. Very friendly and approachable. Grill, fire pit and pool area are a great addition. Would have been 5 stars if there wasn’t a large group of kid cheerleaders filling the pool for the first week, could not enjoy the pool due to the whole cheer team. Adults and children

The staff is very nice and do their best to accommodate you. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I needed a trip to an ER and I didn't feel I needed an ambulance and I agreed to a cab, the staff even helped me into the cab and the driver said part of the road was closed and he would have to take a different route . Staff member told him to absolutely take me on the safest route. Over and above help.

WE came to the hotel and found we had made a mistake on our booking. 'Kim' not only helped by correcting our mistake, but give us an available upgrade for free, She then helped us with guidance or local food and shopping. She was kind and I want to make certain, even though we were a month traveling, that she is acknowledged. Hope all our travels have the luck of such quality service. Thanks Kim!
