Think twice before booking this hotel. Property has been updated but still dated. Bed was comfy and AC worked great! Outside street noise and upstairs/ outside room within hotel is loud. I was on first floor. Bathroom cleanliness was a bit of an issue as well as dripping tub. Staff was friendly upon check in. Picked this as it was the closest to where I needed to go and the cheapest and now I know why. Would find another Marriott property next time.

Room SMALL…the TV kept shutting off (called guest services but they did not answer). Thin walls…can hear neighbors. Single beer in lobby was $10! Bring your own groceries!!

The shuttle is a nightmare!!! Our stay was great but the shuttle experience was a joke. We ended up calling Ubers. When the shuttle finally arrived, it was already full.

As far as location only one Restaurant is close-by and it's at the Hotel next door. However, I believe it's a short Uber away from shopping. I attempted to call the Front Desk on arrival to arrange the Shuttle. No less than 8 times the Reception answered and cut me off. UBER was $15.00US but the Shuttle would have been free. I decided best to say nothing and upon check-in, I was handed water, pretzels and chocolate chip cookies which put me in a better mood. The Room was tiny but bright and clean and really all one person needs. The huge plus is the pool which was absolutely huge for a small property. Breakfast won't wow you but it's free. Now be super super careful on Check-out. Room was prepaid with ******* and still I came home to a charge from the entire stay. It took days to correct the situation but I still don't know why they double billed me. So it's close to the Airport, super nice but I'd never stay there again!

Room was clean. Had an issue with shower handle, which was turned off too tight and took a lot of force to turn on. Breakfast area is quite small for the hotel size. Was very crowded. Airport shuttle was convenient and punctual.

Only stayed one night but happy it was short. This hotel is very old and run down. The pool looked very dirty and no one around it. The walls were paper thin. Bathrooms were gross and old; I didn’t want to touch anything. The AC did work well so appreciated feeling cool and less humidity. Breakfast was decent.

This hotel is close to Raymond James Stadium for the fans to stay. It was clean and the staff are very friendly.

Pretty clean. Small, basic room which clearly was not checked…coffee maker broken, tub leaked, toilet handle hanging on. Nice breakfast. Quiet area, office park though doors are thin and you hear all noise in hallways.
