Great Hotel!! 5 minutes from major attractions. Front desk and shuttle service staff were excellent. The room was clean. The breakfast buffet featured fresh fruit, pastries, and even a veggie omelet station. Great way to start the day!” Highly recommend!!

Great stay as usual, with the exception of one thing. Breakfast on Sunday Au. 31, 2025 was very poorly managed and organized. When there were eggs, there were no sausages, When the suasages came out, there were no biscuits. When the biscuits came out, there was no gravy. If the excuse was that there were a lot of guests staying at the hotel, that excuse doesn't fly - you know EXACTLY hw many guests are checked in that night - plan accordingly. Make sure there are sufficient quantities of breakfast items at all times rather than have guests watch their food get cold while they wait for the missing items to arrive.

I've stayed here several times. The beds are always comfortable and the breakfast is never edible, lol. We have season passes to SeaWorld and Aquatica so staying here is a no brainer.

We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Busch Gardens. My expectations were honestly quite low after reading the reviews and arriving late at night through the sketchy neighbourhood. However, we were greeted SO well by Kiki (we all loved her- especially my daughters), and we were happy that they arranged adjoing rooms (we booked 2) and that the rooms were fairly updated and clean. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, special mention for our shuttle driver (Reggie I think) who was readily available all day and who even helped us organize the rest of our trip out of Tampa. The breakfasts were varied and tasty on both days. Overall, very satisfied with this hotel- perfect place to stay while visiting Busch Gardens.

Having the 24hr coffee is very important. I rolled in at 3am and needed a cup to stay awake a little longer to get paperwork done. All of your places needs this, and have been seeing it more. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The room was very clean. Parking was good but why an entire rear lot just for compact cars? Would it make more sense to widen the area and have regular size spaces. IDK. One staff member was less then perfect and I'm just going to leave it at that. We are all entitled to a bad day.

My ONLY complaint…, was that EVERYTHING was TOO wonderful!!! From the initial contact with their amazing staff to my last departing moment of excellent customer service, excellence, professionalism, and a servant’s heart attitude was front and center!!! Would I recommend this breath of fresh air experience to my closest friends and family…? % every time! In fact, my beautiful Sweetie Baby Pie and I visited Busch Gardens 40 years ago on our Honeymoon and now , going forward, we will have the perfect home away from home literally across the street for future encounters!!!

Room was nice, clean. Breakfast was "ok". It's been a while, but the quality didn't seem to be what I remember from previous Holiday Inn Express stays.
