Great for small families, couples, friends, & business trips. My brother Kyle and his pup Meera live on the adjacent lot. They have a separate entrance from Casa Grande on the east side of the property. You will share the detached laundry room. VM Ybor is a historically and culturally rich neighborhood. Conveinently located just outside of the city proper and 10 blocks from Centro. VM is up and coming. Casa Grande is in a safe area and our neighbors have been a part of the community for decades.
