Beautiful historic building. Beautiful surroundings. Rooms are good but would like more comfort and cleanliness. Pillows were not very comfortable. Food selection in buffet is good.

It is important to clarify that the check-in time is 3 in the afternoon. We went earlier and we had to wait although the receptionist later told us that it could be 4 o'clock. The facilities were very nice and we didn't like the food very much. There are restaurants in the area that are more worth it. Breakfast quite good

I had a good experience, except in the reservation. I have payed for a king rom but i stayed in a classic room. I had detect this diference when i have made the check out. I complained in curia hotel and the say that reservation was comunicated for a classic room. I hope that you could explain and give me a compensation for this reservation error. Very beautiful hotel that really manages to take us back 100 years in time. Magnificent spaces and a very good breakfast. However, there is one big drawback: the water in the shower did not heat up enough, which makes bathing unpleasant at this time of winter.

Molto bella la location, affascinante direi con un effetto un po' da film anni 40 con musica di quell'epoca come sottofondo a colazione. Buffet con non troppa offerta soprattutto sul dolce ma comunque era presente tutto l'essenziale. Pulizia e servizio ineccepibile. Pecca non da poco visto che la scelta era ricaduta su questa struttura proprio per la presenza della spa: sauna, bagno turco in manutenzione quindi inagibili, piscina interna e Jacuzzi gelate🥶 Peccato 🤷

Experiência única - para quem gosta do charme decadente de épocas passadas e da História. Uma visita num filme dos anos 20, 30. Serviço amável, pequeno almoço rico e acompanhado de música dos anos 20, em sala imponente, mas sente-se que é quase impossível manter um palácio a preços acessíveis. Contudo: gostei - menos do jantar que era caro e péssimo.

Habitaciones muy completas, atención recepción y desayunos genial. Piscinas y jacuzzi gratis. Piscina exterior de gran capacidad. Piscina de chorros interior y 2 jacuzzi. Se respira tranquilidad y el encanto del propio edificio y el entorno inmediato, merece la pena disfrutarlo.
