Как отлично!! В отеле не в первый раз. Все приятно, чисто, персонал очень вежливый. Кроме химчистки, советую быть аккуратнее с ней.

Отель в центре города, что очень удобно. Парковки у отеля нет, поэтому придется поездить вокруг, чтобы найти место. Бронировали 3 номера Люкс, но по факту дали 2 номера Бизнес и 1 номер Стандарт - как так получилось никто из персонала объяснить не смог! Номера чистые и симпатичные, но шумоизоляции никакой, рядом в номере соседи гуляли до трех ночи с песнями! Приличные завтраки, очень понравилось кафе с тортиками! Вежливый персонал!

Отличный современный отель для остановки при путешествии в Тамбов. Самый центр Тамбова. В номере ничего лишнего, но все что необходимо: сейф, минихолодильник, телевизор, чайный сет, каждый день бутылка воды, достаточно удобная кровать, фен, гигиенический набор - гель для душа, шампунь, мыло - каждый день обновляется, тапки, комплект полотенец (качество так себе). Отличные завтраки - качественные и вкусные. Реальный недостаток - окна нечетных номеров выходят на центральную улицу, даже ночью шум автомобилей (при закрытом окне терпимо). Рекомендую для остановки

Останавливались на одну ночь в прошлом году, все было супер! Поэтому, планируя поездку вновь, даже на задумывались где нам остановиться. Конечно же, в Театральной! И к счастью, здесь по прежнему нас ждали, как самых драгоценных гостей))) это незабываемые ощущения, когда тебя встречают как родного)) администраторы Кристина и Татьяна и Людмила)) на рецепции, официанты Станислав и Яна)) в ресторане, все по- прежнему вкусно, красиво, уютно!

I spent 5 days in Tambov and, based on reviews, chose almost the best hotel in the city, the Business room. Pros: good, clean, furniture, renovation, everything is new. Disadvantages: the ventilation in the bathroom doesn’t work, water flows down the walls after a shower, you can’t breathe, the refrigerator is taking off around the clock (buzzing), you don’t sleep well, a layer of dirt under the sofa, a meager breakfast, the food is barely warm, the waiters are slow, something ended very badly at breakfast you wait a long time, coffee and omelette are included in the price of the buffet, I found out about this by accident on the last day of my stay, the prices in the cafe on the first floor of the hotel are greatly inflated. The spa can only be ordered from two hours for 8,000 thousand rubles, I asked for an hour, they refused, it’s a shame. I had to go to an excellent sauna in the city. After criticism of themselves, the reception staff “deigned” to provide a SPA for 1 hour as a bonus, but there was no time or desire, after the refusal they stopped communicating and noticing))). Professionalism and conflict resolution are top notch. In the corridor on the second floor, from the evening of 10.01 until my departure from the hotel on 11.01, two plates with leftover food were lying on the floor near the next room and wafting their aromas along the corridor. The price/quality does not match the word at all and this is a hotel in the city center?! The rating is greatly overestimated. 4 star hotel are you serious!? maximum 3 and only for being in the city center. Spoiled holidays and vacations, there are probably better options in the city. I do not recommend!!!
