La chambre a vivement besoin de totale réparation: le matériel pour suspendre de la salle de bain se décroche du mur!? Les restes du savon usagés ne sont pas débarrassés, je peux conclure que la salle de bain n'était pas nettoyée. Nous avons demandé de changer les draps et de nous fournir des linges de toilette, un grand linge pour deux personnes ! Le matela est très très dur et inconfortable après une journée de trekking. La lampe de chevet en panne ! Il a fallut se lever jusqu'au niveau de la porte d'entrée pour éteindre !? La terrasse voir les photos. Le petit déjeuner ne vaut pas son prix. Le thé est tiède, le service incomplet. La personne qui s'occupe de la réception a plusieurs rôles : serveur, bricoleur... Homme à faire tout jour et nuit ? On a passé une nuit est c'était de trop . A chaque demande ou question la réponse est de l'hôtelier est je ne sait pas...???

J’ai fait la visite a imlil et j’ai trouvé un hôtel kasbah Imoula vraiment tres bon place et un service magnifique et les personnes de service tres gentil et un petit des jeunes vraiment délicieux bon merci bien pour tout
