Wonderful place to stay. My bungalow was fabulous with a great view and comfortable bed. What really stands out is the staff. They are so friendly and kind.

The staff was super friendly when we needed help getting a taxi to go outside of town. There was also a situation where a drunk man followed us and the hotel staff helped protect us. They also provided great recommendations and the complimentary breakfast and welcome beverage was a perk. The bed was also extremely comfortable! Thank you!

The property and our actual bungalow was eclectic, artistic and beautiful. The resort is located very central, and walkable to so many restaurants and shops. This property is on the beach and the outdoor restaurant has swinging chairs, benches, gazebos under romantic lighting, as a DJ plays soothing music in the evening. We stayed in Bungalow 8 which was large, decorated uniquely with some Asian decor. We loved it !

It was the best experience of my life and I love to travel all over the world and yet this place won! I recommend everyone to come to this heavily place with amazing friendly staff that feels like family with beautiful beach and pool view with my friend I have the best experience and definitely come back again !

Ocho Artisan Bungalows is a lovely property with great bungalows and a beautiful pool, restaurant and beach. Those who work there are very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner was the best that we experienced in Costa Rica. The surrounding area of Tamarindo is quite loud with pulsing music late into the night that you can hear loudly in your room. We also had a small amount of money taken from our room which we reported to the front office. Hopefully, they do address that issue as there are so many lovely people who work there.

excellent secluded location right on the beach great breakfast staff is superb
some latin music on the beach but limited to 1pm till 9pm mostly on weekends most units far away from that
pool is secluded easy walking distance to everything in tamarindo

Visite Ocho Bungalows con unos amigos, la verdad la estadía se hizo más amena gracias a la excelente atención de don René, estuvo pendiente en todo momento de nosotros, inclusive nos llevó agüita para nuestro perrito. Estos pequeños pero grandes detalles hacen una gran diferencia. Agradezco a René por su atenta atención con todos nosotros, incluyendo a Moi, nuestra mascota.
