Bugs, dirty, and horrible area. No shampoo, soap, or TOWELS in room. Absolutely disgusting.

Hotel was good ,only problem is when they shut down elevator and its not working and got take stairs when u staying on the 3 or4 floor

It is Spring time and what better place to be . I think many people are not aware that nothing is perfect we are in an imperfect WORLD. THE Staff do the best they are capable to do by having amazing customer service ethics. Sadly, some things are beyond their control. I have read the comments and l ask myself whose home does not have a few insects. This is a State in the Tropics so you will see a bug or two. It is not the end of the World. Just kill it. I have never once heard any complaints while l lodged here from any guests about bugs. With regards to older furniture in the rooms where a photo was posted, put a furniture cover over it until future renovations take place and older furniture is replaced. The Hotel is a place some people call home due to the change in the Economy. I get short term travelers get a bit agitated by a bug or two they may have seen but it was not an infestation or constant complaints would be over running the front desk and guests would always be hearing the complaints. Everyone should relax and realise we are in a realistic society. Be respectful to the staff always. They consistently go over and beyond to listen to the guests and assist in the best way possible. My suggestion is treat the staff how you want to be treated. Be patient as the hotel continues to shine a Beacon of vitality as they continue to create a family friendly atmosphere. The staff is beyond amazing and listen. Room for improvement is paramount and they listen to create a better environment at the hotel. Kudos to a stellar staff.

I reserved a 2 bed (a normal 2 bed) and we were given the handicap room, which is no big deal. The big deal is the fact that there were bugs EVERYWHERE. In the corners, on counters, bathroom, by the bed, etc. Now if you were in a wheelchair you probably wouldn’t be focusing on the corners where you wouldn’t be able to get or see the fork on top of the shower..? But- just because someone might not be able to see it doesn’t mean you just leave it there and by “it” I mean at least 5 different kinds of bugs. This place just was NOT clean. It’s not that it wasn’t nice- the rooms are renovated but they smell like dorms, the water didn’t drain (in the sink or shower), and the stove wasn’t clean. Also there was a burnt hole in the bedsheets, they allow smoking.
