I went there around 11:30, but there was no one there, so I was able to relax in a private setting.

The front desk was on the first floor and you could only go up the stairs from the first to the second floor! This hotel is barrier-free and a tourist hotel... A 500 yen breakfast was awful and the rice was not tasty! 5,000 yen on weekdays 6,000 yen on Saturdays It was the worst experience I've had in my life.
