The location is great and the staff are very friendly !!! I visited in early March and the weather is very cold than I thought, so be careful !!!

The environment, facilities, cleanliness, and friendliness of the staff are all good. However, the breakfast was too crowded and I wish there was more food available.

It is a very beautifully decorated hotel and the view is also very good. It has complete facilities and a variety of breakfast. The hotel is a bit old because it was one of the first hotels to open in Tam Dao.
