New, modern and you can check-in check-out fully on your own on machine. Even though I still prefer to see the staff on entering a hotel rather than check-in/out machines. Minimum facility in the room. So better prepare your own basic stuff.

Good location and just several minutes of walk from the cruise terminal.
Self-service check in and out, remember to mark down your room number on the screen, coz there aren't any further notifications.
Room window facing construction site, and nothing entertaining. No TV in room

The location is great and the price is reasonable.
It is OK if you have a limited budget, but if you have a budget, I recommend staying at the better rottadmm nearby. It is enough for a budget trip (I don't have a window at this price)

It's about a 15-minute walk to the city center. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is helpful.
The room was average, but clean. The shared floor had a lot of dishes, a large refrigerator, a dishwashing rack, a microwave, and a kettle, so cooking would be difficult, but I think it would be possible to arrange the things you buy. Self check-in and check-out were very smooth. I would like to stay here again.
There are vending machines, but I think they mainly sell small snacks and non-alcoholic items.
