It was the worst bed I have ever slept in. We asked for it to be changed twice. Even though we changed it the first time, the others said the same. On the second night, they said there was no room available in your room type. We couldn't sleep for 3 nights. The bed was coming together in the middle and collapsing. There was already a thin mattress on the base, not a spring mattress. Also, the staff was very indifferent. They didn't try to find a solution. They didn't even apologize. The only good thing is the location of the hotel. Tallinn is a small city and transportation is very easy. There are nicer and newer hotels outside the old city.

Breakfast is buffet style but has really few options compared to other hotels. personally i’m fine with it tho. Room is quite spacious for one person. There’s TV, hair dryer, hangers and also a fridge in the room which is kinda nice. No kettles in the room but i borrowed one from the front desk. Staff service is ok. There’s a Turkish sauna and a Finnish sauna if you’d like. Overall it’s good value for its price.

It is located in the Old Town, the room is large and clean, good internet, the cafe downstairs has a very nice interior. I will come back again.
