Not a 4 star hotel
- trip.com advertises this as a 4 star hotel and other booking sites as a 3 star
- no phone in room to call reception
- no coffee cups or kettle in room
- they charge 5 eur for hand warm water for making tea (but provided a mosquito for free)

An atypical Ibis with a sauna in the room, a refrigerator and a coffee machine, but as usual, without a kettle)) Clean, comfortable bed. The location is excellent, parking is available if needed (15 euros/day), the staff is friendly, speaks Estonian/Russian/English. I would be happy to come back again.

Great position. Close to town center. Room unfortunately was not the same as the one we booked. The one showed had wooden floor, the one that was given to us had carpet which I am not a particular fan of. There was a terrible smell coming from the toilet. We should have mentioned but we only stayed 2 nights so we just left it and got on with it. Not particularly impressed considering it’s a 4 stars hotel.

The automatic door at the entrance of the hotel was a bit unfamiliar. I almost got hit by the door when I entered for the first time. Other than that, I have nothing to complain about. The waiter was nice, even he was willing to lend me a fork if I forgot to buy a salad.
