Varasin zen huoneen tripistä, kyseessä oli erikoistarjous. Saavuttua hotelliin minulle annettiin ensin standard huone, koska varaus olis tullut heidän mukaansa zen huoneen sijaan standardina. Pahoiteltiin, mutta myös koko ajan toisteltiin, että upgreidaavat minut ilmaiseksi. Eihän se ole upgrade, että saan huoneen josta olen maksanut ja joka minulle on tripistä myyty. Heidän tulisi ja olisi tullut selvittää asia tripin kautta suoraan. Huone siisti sinänsä, poreallas niin kovaääninen, että rentoutumiseen sitä ei voi käyttää. Pefect stay with good service and faciloties. I enjoyed my stay a lot. We had a colourful and tasteful breakfast every day. Small chat at the reception whenever we need to ask something. We felt like home.
