A very elegant and beautiful hotel. The breakfast is also great. The service staff are very attentive. The room layout is very tasteful. The only drawback is that the bathroom is a little compact.

Excellent location, never needed a rental car as everything within walking distance. Plentiful nearby shops and nice variety of diverse restaurants with a quaint, charming town square. Beautiful historic hotel with charming presidential suite. Clean, great towels & amenities. Great dining experience with breakfast and a wonderful dinner experience. Hotel arranged a great tour guide. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. All in all a perfect stay and experience. I’d come back again.

Loved everything about this hotel. It felt close to everything yet quiet and secluded. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful and they paid excellent attention to detail. The room was small but cozy and quiet. I also enjoyed the sauna and the included breakfast. Overall, I would stay here again on my next trip to Tallinn.

I stayed here for 3 nights in July of 2025. This hotel was outstanding and here are the reasons why: 1) Great location in the old town about a block from the main square 2) Rooms were quiet and mine was facing the courtyard so very quiet. 3) The rooms were good size and the bathroom had great water pressure 4) The breakfast is one of the best I have had and I have been around the world. a great spread, plus you can order off the menu as well. 5) Most importantly, the staff were very attentive to my needs and engaging. This is not just one, but across the board. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Just really had a great stay.

Absolutely deserves its membership of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World group. Staff were excellent and helpful, hotel is beautiful and well located. Room was super.
