Located right in front of Viru Gate, the entrance to Tallinn's Old Town, the hotel offers panoramic views of the city from the higher floors. It's a very large hotel, attached to a shopping mall. There were no signs inside the mall, so it was difficult to find my way around on my first visit. The room was clean, and the breakfast was average.

Palvelu oli hyvää, ja vastaanotto oli lämmin. Asiakaspalvelusta plussat. Huoneeseen tullessa hieman outo haju, joka kuitenkin katosi pian oltuaan hetken huoneessa. Huone oli siisti pinnallisesti, mutta jotain pakkoja oli silti jäänyt pyyhkimättä. Suihku oli todella ahdas ja vedenlämpötila oli joko liian kuuma tai liian kylmä. Suihkupää oli aika vanha, joten paine joka suihkupäästä tuli oli heikko. Hissejä sai odottaa kauan, ja hissi täyttyi jo 5-6 ihmisestä. Hissi pysähtyi matkalla alas melkein, joka kerta, mutta kyytiin ei mahtunut enempää henkilöitä. Ongelmana siis oli, että matka alas saattoi kestää useita minuutteja. Aamupala oli ihan hyvää tasoa, mutta ruuhkaista oli ajasta riippumatta.

Friendly service, tasty breakfast. Clean room. The only complaint was that there was no tea/coffee making facilities. (Only the standard room was available when we stayed). There was a fridge in the room, and good views on the 11th floor. We plan to visit here again. There are balconies on the floors with a smoking area, so that's also a plus, as you don't have to go down to the street.
