Bei Ankunft teilte man mir mit, das der Zimmerservice nur alle 3 Tage erfolgt. Es waren aber zu wenig Tassen im Zimmer. Als der Service mal da war, wurde vergessen der Tee aufzufüllen, so dass ich dann am nächsten Tag auch keinen Tee mehr hatte. Zwar war das Frühstücksangebot gross, ich kann mich aber auch an Zeiten erinnern, in denen in Sokos Hotels eine größere Auswahl an Brot/Brötchen und Wurst angeboten wurde. Superior Zimmer hat mir sehr gut gefallen und die Lage am Rand der Altstadt mit direkten Zugang zum Viru Einkaufszentrum ist Klasse.

Facilities: The bathroom facilities are a bit old and the shower room is a bit small, but acceptable

Environment: just opposite the old town, just cross the road and get there in less than 10 minutes, there is also a supermarket and shopping mall opposite

We had a 3-night reservation, and the lady who served us was very kind and put us in a room on the 17th floor. Considering we're talking about a 4-star hotel, the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable! Having to ask to change towels and make beds is very bad for me... they didn't even clean the floor or pick up the trash from the last 4 days. And the noise from the nightclub until 4 AM was very loud! We weren't able to rest at all. We left very sad and unhappy.
