Baymont by Wyndham Tallahassee

this hotel is disgusting. it smelt like smoke and the smell instantly transferred to everything you had. everything was stained, the walls, beds, chair, tub, ceiling, you name it, it had stains. There were holes in the walls and ceilings and the entire shower was nasty. Not only all of that, but the hotel refused a refund because the room had been “used”. We had just walked in and looked over the room and they stated we used the bed and television so a refund wasn’t an option. Absolutely disgusting and will NEVER get my money again.

Needed more pillows on the bed, there wasn't enough and they were flat, so I didn't sleep well at all, and the bed was a little hard.

Great value! Nice clean confy rooms. Beds are as comfortable as any. Staff is welcoming and attentive. Have been accommodating to me as a Diamond member with early check-in and late checkout. Great location! Within walking distance to Walmart, Waffle House, Taco Bell, Burger King.

Desk staff was courteous and knowledgeable. The parking area was easy in and out and the room was clean. The only issue was that there was no hair dryer in the room. I feel like I could have gotten one from the front desk but didn’t realize it until I looked for it while getting dressed to leave

Place was so sketchy. We had a reservation and cancelled as soon as we pulled in. Scary characters hanging around outside. Outside entrance rooms, no lights lit on overhang when you pull in wondering if it’s even open. Bad experience overall.

I booked 2 rooms for my son masters graduation at FSU and I spend 15 minutes in the room crying on how embarrassed I was for booking there to celebrate my sons milestone. After 15 minutes my family and I left the place and asked for a refund due to health concerns. The bathroom was filthy, the sheets stains with brown stains, carpets dirty, workers smoking in the hallway and the entrance of the room, it was just horrible. I spoke to Jay at the front desk and he was so apologetic and nice and he said he was going to ask his manager, who was not there at momen, to give me a refund the next day. It’s been 2 months and I’m still waiting for my $500 from this place. I’ve disputed it with *******, Capital One and management refuses to give me a refund or at least partial. I’m a Front Office Manager in a resort in Puerto Rico that flew to be with my son for his special moment and I would never lie to a customer. What’s wrong is wrong and this place has a lot of health hazards. Don’t trust the pictures from this place and don’t stay here if you care about your health and cleanliness. And if you’re coming to celebrate an FSU graduation in Tallahassee please don’t stay here is not a representation of your love ones milestones.
