Easy check in, room clean, beds comfortable. Breakfast bar was well stocked, including a pot of oatmeal. Room configuration is spacious with a desk, trundle bed in a separate lounge area, and bath facilities split into two , one room for toilet and one for shower. Both have vanities.

Had to be in Tallahassee for a trial and stayed here for 2 nights. Centrally located near the courthouse and downtown. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby. The rooms are nice size with a small seating area in the front of the room.

I was there for a week for work and the staff was consistently pleasant and helpful my entire stay. The layout of the room was very nice and stylish! The gym was clean and sufficient to my needs. The breakfast in the morning was great!

I booked 4 nights at this hotel because I was visiting FAMU and had 5 people in my party. There's another Springhill Suites in Tallahassee that I stayed at previously, but it seemed to be a bit further than this Tallahassee Central one. Therefore, I decided to give this one a try even though I had liked the other one. Next time, I'll be staying at the other one. Although the staff at the Tallahassee Central location were nice enough, the hotel itself is crappy. It's just too dated and barely kept up. The rooms smelled terrible - they were musty as though water had seeped into the fabrics and carpets and could not be changed. Even though the other location is further out, I'd rather stay there. Moreover, if I need a room for 4 or less people, I likely wouldn't even bother staying at Springhill Suites again.

The floors and walls are thin. I could hear my upstairs neighbor walking baxk and forth from 12am-4am in the morning. Horrible building design.

I would say the stay was average. We had to move rooms b/c of a leak in the A/C that soaked the carpet, they moved us right away into a new room and gave us a credit! The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beds were not very comfy. The rooms were immaculate.

The staff was very helpful and nice when greeting us at check in. The hotel overall was good. It was cool in the lobby. Our room Was on the 4th floor & when you got off on the elevator on that floor it was really hot & stuffy. I think that in turn affected our room. The air conditioner seemed to be working, but it was stuffy and hot in the area of the room near the hallway. Not sure if they were having AC issues or if was only the 4th floor. But that made the room slightly uncomfortable for the night.
And it seemed strange that we were charged $3 ti park in an open parking lot. Just odd. Not sure I would stay here again. I have stayed at many very comfortable Springhill Suites.

Justice checked us in and she's awesome!! We were greeted with a smile and warm hello. The room has some moisture issues and some fixtures are shabby. But, our overall stay has been well.
