Big Pros- I love that all the rooms have a trundle twin bed under the couch (not to mention the couch itself is also the size of a twin bed). Worked out great for our family of 5. Our bathroom was separated from the toilet which was also nice for big families. Desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was extremely clean. Beds were super comfy and ac cools very quickly. The provided bath products are to DIE for. Rooms have soft lighting which we loved. Hate when we get rooms that are either very dark or super bright. The room is very large with lots of extra room for a big family. Negatives- let me include...these did not bother me at all, but I could see how they may be issues for others so want to include it. But didn't take any points off my rating. Bathroom and toilet doors slide. They are not the typical bathroom doors and do have a small crack in the corners. Wasn't an issue for us but I wouldn't want to shower in there if I was with a coworker or a non family member lol. No bathtub in our room. The shower was huge though, but I could see that being an issue if someone has a little one. The trundle bed is essentially a mattress in a box with wheels. The sides are very hard. Probably not great for an adult but the couch was equally as big and comfy for an adult. We did not have a safe. We may have been able to ask for one, wasn't a huge deal though so we didn't. Overall...this hotel was wonderful and I would have to say, one of the best I've been too for the price. Definitely worth staying here :)

Everything was great. The least was that they didn't have Bacon on Sunday and one of the elevators was down but overall great stay

The room is fine, your typical Springhill Suite. Very smart move to separate toilet and shower into 2 different rooms with a sink in each one. Great for more than 1 person sharing a room. The water pressure in the shower was very weak. Breakfast was as good as the complimentary breakfast can get.
