During our recent stay, we had the pleasure of being assisted by Jasmine, and we can’t say enough great things about her professionalism and dedication. From the moment we checked in, Jasmine went above and beyond to make sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. Not only was she managing her usual responsibilities, but she was also training a new employee, Mark, during our stay. Even with the added pressure of onboarding someone new, Jasmine maintained a calm, friendly, and efficient atmosphere that made a lasting impression on us. Her ability to multitask while ensuring top-notch service is truly commendable. It seemed like Jasmine may have even pulled a double shift, as we saw her both at check-in and check-out. Despite the long hours, her energy, attitude, and commitment to guest satisfaction never wavered. Jasmine is the kind of employee who enhances the entire experience for guests, and it’s clear that she takes pride in her work. In our opinion, she definitely deserves recognition—and a pay raise—for the outstanding customer service she consistently delivers. Thank you, Jasmine, for making our stay exceptional!

Great staff especially Monica who work the breakfast station. She is the gold standard of what customer service all about. I travel a lot both throughout the United States and abroad and Monica rates 5-stars. The whole staff was wonderful and I would stay at this location again on my return visit.

Monica that servers the breakfast is amazing. Making sure you have plenty of food checks on you regularly and remove your plate when you’re done and cleans up she is amazing and so good at her job. our customer service is above and beyond. It’s like eating at home with family. Definitely 10 stars

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn during graduation week, and I was truly impressed by the level of service, especially from Jasmine at the front desk and Monica in the breakfast area. Jasmine was the first person we met upon check-in, and she immediately set the tone for a great stay. Despite the hotel being incredibly busy, she handled everything with calm professionalism, a warm smile, and genuine care. She made sure our check-in was smooth, answered all our questions, and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made us feel welcomed and appreciated during a hectic week. Each morning, Monica greeted guests in the breakfast area with positivity and warmth that made starting the day a pleasure. She kept everything stocked and clean despite the large crowd and even took time to chat with guests and make sure everyone felt taken care of. You could tell she really took pride in her work and enjoyed connecting with people. Graduation week is a big moment, and the staff at this Fairfield Inn—especially Jasmine and Monica—helped make it even more special. Their kindness and professionalism made all the difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!

This hotel only does the basic, they do not check rooms daily. However they did give a good breakfast MONICA super in serving the breakfast. As for the price $522 a night for 2 double beds was not really worth it. But what is now days. Unless this is the last resort, it’s so so. This is the first Fairfield.
