The inn provides pick up from the train station which is really helpful. There is limited Lyft drivers so it is hard to get Lyft rides. We only stayed a day and it was raining heavily so we did not explore too much.

Quaint little inn (motel) at the far end of the precious town of Talkeetna. Rooms were small but clean. We loved the mosquito tennis rackets in each room. This is not the Ritz, but it gets the job done of spending the night. Walk to town easily for eating and more. They had coffee and tea in the AM free and simple foods for purchase.

Cabana bem aconchegante e muito limpa, cama confortável, travesseiros limpos e confortáveis, carpete limpo, se percebia, utensilios de cozinha todos limpos e funcionando, banheiro muito limpo e com chuveiro quentinho, sistema de aquecimento bom, sem cheiro de pó ou outra coisa, cama extra, uma vista da janela que ficava admirando todos os dias que fiquei hospedada na pousada! Eu amei a pousada e a cidade de Talkeetna, e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar, super indico a hospedagem para outros hóspedes! Foi um dos melhores lugares que fiquei no Alasca, depois de conhecer várias cidades como Anchorage, Eagle River, Denalli, Seward, Hope, Homer, Kenai, Faribanks, Nikiski etc Tudo me agradou e saí de lá muito feliz!

I highly recommend Talkeetna Inn. Comfy room, beautiful surroundings, kind and helpful people. They let me drop bags off before check in, which was a great help. The bar is nice too. They even followed up with a phone call, to make sure my transport was booked at my next stop.
