We chose their presidential suite since we were 4 people accomodated that room. Room was clean & tidy with mini kitchen but only small ref is provided with few utensils but no microwave/toaster not even it’s own elect kettle. Bathroom & cr are small, quite hard to move. Bathroom drainage was not working well so water was overflowing outside the sliding door. If you will call at the frontdesk esp past midnight, expect for a very poor/delayed response, but they were kind & courteous. Food is ok but serves too few like 1 rice with 4 pcs hotdog balls & 1 egg, though they served buffet during our last 2 days of stay & foods served were just ok.

Staff were great. Always very helpful. Water for shower was only just warm for the first few days but came right for our last 2 days

Airconditioning was not enough. Wifi was also extremely slow. The room was comfy yet small.

Had a very pleasant 2 night stay at Soi Suites. Management and staff were amazing. Had so much fun in the restaurant. Food was excellent. Room could have had a better to place to store your luggage or maybe a desk, but it was nice regardless.
