ROOM: The location of the bathroom and toilet, outside the room in the corridor, is not private and a bit scary especially if needed at night, when you are in night dress.
SERVICE : A scary club-car driver blocked us the way out of the room to force us to pay for his club-car service, while the reception later told us that this club-car service was free.
While we complained about it at the reception, the receptionist called several drivers, and asked us to identify that bad one, just like in a police station !!!
FACILITIES : The very few slopes (only 5) were very disappointing for us. This ski resort is only suitable for beginners. The view from the very top of the mountain is really not impressive as promoted in their advertisements.
FOOD: Fair.
STAFF: Not much smiley, but as often in Kazakhstan.

The best mountain hotel! Had a great vacation with my other half, lived in tree houses, great experience, squirrels running around, very tasty breakfasts! Managed to ride the zip line, walk around the area, enjoy the air)

We have been there twice already, we really like it. My son is 4 years old, he has a great time at Ugushi, the children's center. We have been there twice in winter, we should come back in summer. The first time we were in a tree house, but it is problematic with a child. The second time we were in a cottage, we liked it much more. The breakfast is standard for inexpensive hotels, you will definitely not go hungry. There are a lot of people on holidays, of course, it is better to come on weekdays. I really like the attitude of the hotel owner to nature, careful. Great massage. For the first time I went skiing with an instructor and on a snowboard))), and all the conditions have been created for adults. I send my parents there every summer for a couple of days to relax and get some fresh air. We used to rent a tree house for romance, now we rent the 3rd floor of a cottage. It is also one room, but it takes up the entire floor. The second floor of the cottage is divided into 2 rooms and some have a balcony, some don't. If you have a choice, it is better to stay closer to the mountains.
