This hotel is an exclusive getaway, mainly for couples or celebration events. I enjoyed the cosy atmosphere during the Christmas season and the delicious food served at breakfast prepared fresh by the Head Chef (thank you Chef for the nice chat too!) and at the dinner restaurant. Top quality food!
All staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa area is a bit cold for me, especially in the changing room so I didn't use it. Rooms are clean and welcoming.
Location is quite remote and taxes are not always available, although I didn't have any issue at the time of my stay.

The bedroom was stunning, with incredible attention to detail. Unfortunately, the spa was quite small, and there weren't enough loungers or space to accommodate everyone. It felt a bit cramped, which detracted from the overall relaxation experience and felt a bit overpriced.

Bedroom good size but the bathroom was poorly lit,nowhere to put your toiletries etc ,no tray to put shampoo in shower. Reception should have more than one person as that person also deals with incoming bookings. Breakfast very good. Special mention for Rebecca serving us and Luke the chef.

54th surprise birthday meal, the server robert was very attentive and made sure we had enough drinks, the recommendations were perfect, Catrin on the bar was very welcoming and more than happy to make an non alcohol mojito and it was one of the best ones I've ever had, would definitely recommend this place for any type of surprise with family or friends

I had a really lovely time at Langley Hall with my mum on the Spa Experience Package. The whole place was spotless and beautifully kept, and with the sun shining it made the day feel even more special. The package included lunch, 90 minutes in the pool facilities, and a 60-minute massage. Lunch was absolutely amazing — the food was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The massage (the Ignis Experience, a face and back massage) was incredible, and both therapists were fantastic. The only downside for me was that we only had 90 minutes in the pool area. It just didn’t feel like enough time to fully relax and enjoy everything on offer. Overall, it was a really clean, relaxing, and enjoyable experience, and we had such a nice day. I’d happily come back, but I do wish the pool time could be a little longer to make the experience perfect.

Exceptional service and staff, very tentative without being intrusive. High level of cleanliness throughout the Spa and room, we stayed in the Courtyard suite. Food was exquisite we had the Spa brunch, 2 course Sunday lunch, and cooked breakfast. Cannit wait to revisit!!

We came for our Minimoon and ate at BLOK Restaurant and it was the best steak I’ve had! I am pregnant also so couldn’t drink the lovely complimentary Prosecco we got given at the start of the meal. Carmen, our waitress, took it away and bought me some non alcoholic Prosecco which I really appreciated. She was a great waiter, attentive and polite but also very friendly! Thank you Carmen you made out experience all the better

We had a relaxing enjoyable evening at the Lanelay Hall. The hotel is spotlessly clean and full of character. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and really comfy. The Sunday lunch at Blok was delicious. There was also plenty of choice on the breakfast menu and we were lucky enough to start the day with our breakfast out on the terrace in the sunshine. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely wonderful stay!!!! From the moment we arrived and were upgraded, such a lovely welcome at reception. We paid extra to use the outdoor spa (we knew this to be the case) didn’t know it included a glass of Prosecco. It was fabulous!!!!! We stayed on a Sunday and the meal at BLOK was amazing and such good value, with attentive staff, Fiona and Richard. All the staff made my birthday so special including cake in the room, a glass of Prosecco in the restaurant. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. We will certainly be back and thoroughly recommend.
