Alma loft heeft prachtige foto’s maar in werkelijkheid totaal anders. Het is meer een backpackers hotel. We huurden het huis wat niet af is. Lekkages in de andere kamers als we douchen. Ze zeggen een zwembad te hebben maar het is een voeten bad, enkel hoog. Veel is niet afgemaakt, dingen kapot. Armoedige sfeer. Het is totaal overpriced want we betalen 7000 dollar voor een week waarbij je hele andere verwachtingen hebt. Het is meer en backpackers huis. Het is schandalig wat ze hiervoor vragen. We zijn direct op zoek gegaan naar andere accommodaties maar helaas was alles al vol.

Wij verbleven acht nachten in Casa Alma, de omgeving om even heerlijk te ontspannen. Dat viel tegen. Het huis lijkt op een backpackersverblijf, maar wordt aangeboden als een luxe hotel qua prijs. Er klopt helemaal niets van de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Daarnaast zijn de foto’s op de site extreem misleidend. Het huis is verouderd, lijkt al jaren niet gebruikt, heeft achterstallig onderhoud en is nauwelijks af en nauwelijks ingericht. Bovendien werkt de doucheafvoer niet goed waardoor een lekkage ontstond, er zijn geen gordijnen, er is geen deur bij de douche en WC, de wifi is slecht of werkte niet, er hangt een rioollucht, het zwembad is amper 10 cm diep, en ga zo maar door. Dit alles was voor een prijs van 7000 dollar. Het personeel is super aardig en de locatie is mooi, maar dat is het enige positieve.

We paid for 8 nights in Casa Alma but it was beyond disappointing. The house was nothing like promised: broken showers, mold on the cushions, no wifi, weird smell in the rooms, and overall unfinished. We paid a lot of money to stay here and so far they have not done anything about our complaints. Definitely do not go here, because this is a complete scam!

Basic backpacker house priced at four season levels. The villa Casa Alma is presented online as a luxurious upscale villa, but in reality it is a backpacker setting. Old cheap materials with significant overdue maintenance. No welcome, unpredictable wifi, sewerage smell, many leakages. Staff is friendly and it is nice as a basic backpacker stay-over, but current price of US$7k for a week is a complete ripoff. Shame on the owner for this scam.

Todo perfecto, las instalaciones lindas, limpias, cómodas, las habitaciones grandes con todas las comodidades, esta al frente de la playa, el desayuno buenísimo , el restaurant realmente delicioso y aparte te dan toallas para la playa y piscina.

El hotel es un sueño, tiene una vista privilegiada y puedes descansar en una piscina bien montada, es lo que estaba esperando , relax y confort a otro nivel , sus instalaciones sus muy cálidas que guardan armonía con el lugar , punto aparte la amabilidad desde el ingreso hasta el final gracias al equipo de Almaloft.
