We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon on February 17th. The person who welcomed us was a lady called “Amélie”, she gave me two room cards after making me pay the VAT hotel tax, As it was my first time visiting this hotel, I did not understand why I had to pay the VAT that I had already paid on the site. since it’s not clear, that’s why I asked Ms. Amélie the question, unfortunately I don’t have an answer! She told me to come the next day to talk with her manager! Same day in the evening she called me at 11:45 p.m. in the evening to ask me to come down with my passport, she wants to check my identity card to know it was me who reserved the room! I had to go down with my daughter! She is disrupting (disturbing) our life!
And then on February 20 morning, I wanted to wash my son's bottle, before entering my private space I was authorized by two hotel employees! !
2 mins later, Amélie came back to me, she blamed me and spoke very badly! What service!!
The words were extremely bad.
In total, we stayed 5 nights, everyone was very nice and friendly except Amélie!!!
P.s. I hope I understood his first name correctly. She is a plump lady with glasses.
